Analysis, monitoring and improvement of the Prosecco PDO sustainability.

THE PROJECT

The project consists in determining the level of sustainability (environmental, social and economic) of Prosecco PDO, through an innovative management of the information collected from companies, thanks to the coordination of the Consortium, consultants and research centers.
Thanks to this initiative technologies and production practices capable of increasing the sustainability of the denomination will be applied.

GOAL OF THE PROJECT

The aim of the project is the strategic management of the sustainability of the partner companies, in order to develop a tool that allows the sustainability management of the entire Prosecco Designation through the involvement of the largest number of companies.
